You’ve been using Jobodex so you’ve already seen how it keeps your job opportunities, reminders, events, notes and skills organized in one place.
It also does that for resumes.
Whether you’ve already created multiple resumes or you’re just getting started, Jobodex is designed to make sure that work stays connected to the job it’s for, instead of scattered across your devices in multiple files.
When the Work Is Already Done
You’ve probably already created at least one resume. And the painstaking amount of work it took to get to the final version should not be lost. Drafts have been written, versions have been refined, final PDFs have been exported and submitted.
That work isn’t wasted when you start using Jobodex. We built it with that reality in mind.
When you apply for a job, there’s one version of your resume that matters: the one you actually sent. In Jobodex, attach it to the job opportunity itself, so when you look back later, you don’t have to remember which file you used or where it lives.
The resume stays with the opportunity it was created for.
Files That Stay Accessible Everywhere
Like many apps, Jobodex creates a dedicated iCloud folder. We did it so that the files attached to a job opportunity are available on your iPhone, iPad and Mac without any extra effort from you.
That folder can also be used to save your resumes in progress: draft documents, variations, or not-quite-final PDF exports. That way, the iterative part of resume creation stays contained and accessible everywhere. The final version lives exactly where it belongs, attached to the job it was submitted for.
This extends Jobodex’s core promise: everything for your job search, organized all in one place.
A Different Way to Build Resumes, When You’re Ready
Jobodex has powerful in-app options for building resumes.
Instead of juggling files, Jobodex’s resume builder brings all the pieces—summaries, work experience, skills, education and achievements—into one place. Create multiple versions of each of those things. Assemble unique resumes using those different versions from each section. Experiment, fine-tune, finesse, finish.
And then when a resume is perfect for a specific opportunity, link it to the opportunity in Jobodex and export the resume as a fully formatted PDF to submit with your application.
It’s a more centralized way to manage resume creation. But Jobodex knows it’s not the only way, so it’s there when you’re ready to try it.
One Opportunity, One Place
However you choose to create your resumes, Jobodex keeps the important outcome clear.
Each job opportunity holds the resume you used, alongside everything else related to that application. You don’t have to reconstruct your decisions later or wonder which version went where.
Jobodex adapts to your process, no matter your preference. Its purpose is to give your work a clear, reliable home so your attention can stay on the search itself.
